In July 2023, Kia showed off the new Seltos. It didn’t just look different on the outside; the inside got a fresh new look too.

With the midlife update, the small SUV got even more cool stuff. Now it has dual-zone climate control, a big sunroof, a 10.25-inch fully digital screen for the driver, cool LED tail lights, and smart driver assistance systems (ADAS).

The big sunroof comes with the mid-spec HTK+ version (but only with the turbo model), and dual-zone climate control is an option from the higher HTX version. More info about The new features that launch on a Kia in India in 2023.

Kia sells the Seltos at prices starting from Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 20.30 lakh.

Kia Carens

Even the Kia Carens got an update early in 2023, getting a new 160 PS 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine with a choice of a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT.

The MPV was the first Kia to have a diesel-iMT combo, available in all versions except the fancier Luxury (O) and the top-tier X-Line. This engine also made its way into the Sonet and Seltos.

Kia also put the same 10.25-inch digital driver’s display from the Seltos into the Carens. You can get it from the fancier Luxury (O) version.

The Carens costs between Rs 10.45 lakh and Rs 19.45 lakh. More info about The new features that launch on a Kia in India in 2023.

The Kia Sonet also got a change, taking on the new diesel-iMT combo from the Carens in early 2023.

According to some leaked info, the new Sonet facelift might have a fancy digital dashboard from the HTX+ version. But, if you want the cool Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), you’d need to go for the fully loaded X-Line trim. Keep in mind, these details could change in the final version.

Leaks say the Sonet facelift will have the digital dashboard from the fancier HTX+ version. ADAS will only be in the top X-Line version, but this could change in the final model.
