The airline finished sorting out the paperwork for their fourth A350 aircraft, expected to arrive in February 2024. This month, they’re also looking forward to welcoming the very first A350-900 in India, owned by the Tata Group.

In a cool update, Wilson mentioned that a brand-new Air India A350 and Air India Express B737 Max, sporting fresh designs, will be on display at the Wings India conference in Hyderabad in January.

The airline ordered six A350-900 planes, and five of them will be delivered by March 2024. Apart from these, Air India has plans to bring in a whopping 470 new aircraft. This includes 34 A350-1000s, 20 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, 10 Boeing 777Xs, 140 A320 neos, 70 A321 neos, and 190 Boeing 737MAXs.
