Uday Kotak’s son Jay marries: In the beautiful setting of the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai, Jay Kotak, the son of a wealthy banker named Uday Kotak, tied the knot with Aditi Arya, who won the Miss India title in 2015. This joyous event took place on a Tuesday, November 7. While the main celebration happened in Mumbai, there were also reports of extra festivities in Udaipur.
The couple shared pictures from their special day on Instagram that Thursday. Aditi captioned them with “Found my person,” and Jay replied with a charming “So beautiful. So elegant. Just looking like a WOW,” referencing a famous meme.
For the ceremony, Jay wore a traditional sherwani, and Aditi looked stunning in a red lehenga.

Let’s get to know the couple a bit better. Jay Kotak graduated from Columbia University with a degree in history and economics. Later, he earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. Currently, he works as the Vice-President of Kotak811, which is a digital banking solution from Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Aditi Arya, on the other hand, graduated from Delhi University’s Shaheed Sukhdev College with a focus on finance in business studies. She started her career as a research analyst at Ernst & Young and went on to win the Miss India title in 2015. After representing India at the Miss World 2015 pageant, she pursued an MBA at Yale University, completing it this year. Jay proudly congratulated her on this achievement.
In 2021, Aditi made her debut in Bollywood with the movie ’83,’ starring alongside Ranveer Singh. Quite the journey for the newlyweds!
