She confessed to feeling incredibly nervous initially, especially as she was sharing the screen with the iconic actress from the ’90s. However, her nervousness faded away as they started working together.
Namrata shared, “I was really nervous for many reasons. I went through several auditions before getting the part, and by the time I got it, I was eager to start. When I met Raveena Ma’am at a look test shoot, she was instantly warm and friendly, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It ended up being more fun than scary because she’s so experienced and professional. She’s just there to do her best.”
She added, “Seeing her made me feel like I had to give my best every single day. She’s a fun person to be on set with and doesn’t make you feel intimidated. It was a great learning experience for me, and I wasn’t nervous for long.”
Karmma Calling will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on January 26.
