Janaki, from the movie Adipurush: In the heart of Ayodhya, Sita, played by Deepika Chikhalia in the famous Ramayana by Ramanand Sagar, has visited the sacred place. This show also features Arun Govil as Ram and Sunil Lahiri as Laxman. But, the actress who played Janaki in last year’s big movie Adipurush seems hesitant about talking about the Ram temple. Despite the temple’s consecration, the actress, from the costly Adipurush film, is unsure about visiting Ayodhya.
The trailer for Janaki from Adipurush, also known as actress Kriti Sanon, was launched in Mumbai recently. This time, Kriti is sharing the screen with Shahid Kapoor for the first time. Talking about the movie, Kriti said, “‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ is a unique love story, something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.”

Kriti often works with producer Dinesh Vijan, who won the National Award for Best Actress for ‘Mimi.’ At the trailer launch, Kriti was asked if she’s planning to attend the consecration of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya. The host swiftly moved past the question, but later, someone tried to bring it up again.

When asked again, Kriti seemed unsure and didn’t answer directly. Her expression suggested she’d prefer to answer that question some other time. So, the discussion shifted back to her new movie Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.
In this new film, Kriti is working with Shahid Kapoor for the first time. They praised each other as is customary. According to Kriti, all her previous co-stars used to get nervous while shooting, but she emphasized that Shahid Kapoor is the first actor she’s never seen nervous on set. From their first meeting, she considered him her mentor. They’re planning to do another film together soon.
