Changes in Design and Look:

The hatchback has undergone some design upgrades, including a new front bumper and grille, updated headlamps, and LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs). You’ll now spot the Suzuki logo on the hood, and the sides feature newly-designed dual-tone alloy wheels. Some cool features include blacked-out Outside Rear View Mirrors (ORVMs), roofs, and pillars. At the back, there’s a redesigned tailgate, a new bumper with an undercarriage skid plate, and an integrated rear spoiler with a stop lamp. The rear also showcases LED tail lights with C-shaped DRLs and reflectors below.

Looking Ahead to the Swift Launch in India:

Maruti Suzuki plans to bring the next-gen Swift to India in the latter part of 2024. While it will have the same engine as the Japanese model, they might tweak it a bit to suit Indian conditions. As for the expected price, it’s likely to fall in the range of Rs 6.5-6.70 lakh, ex-showroom. This makes it an exciting prospect for Indian car enthusiasts.
